Revisions - FAQ

How many revisions do I get, and what counts as a revision?

  • Each service includes one free revision for minor changes (e.g., pronunciation, background music, pacing, tone, text edits, volume, and timing). Please note that re-filming or discarding the original video is not covered under the free revision. Any additional revisions beyond the first, including re-films or substantial re-edits, will incur a fee.

  • Note: Only I am authorized to make revisions to your project.

delivery - FAQ

What’s your delivery time?

  • Delivery typically takes 1–14 business days. The delivery date may vary based on project size.

What file format will I receive?

  • Photos will be provided in .PNG format, and videos in .MOV or .MP4 format.

How and when will the photos be provided, and the videos recorded?

  • I complete the content asynchronously and send them once finished. You will receive only the deliverables for the service you selected.

Do I need to purchase a Commercial License?

  • A Commercial License is required if you plan to use my UGC content for business, monetization, or commercial purposes:

  • Organic social media posts promoting a brand, service, or product.

  • Monetized social media posts with ads, sponsorships, or affiliate links.

  • Explainer videos for your website or social channels.

  • Paid ads, boosted posts, or social media promotions.

  • Email campaigns (newsletters, promotions).

  • Internal company videos for business use (e.g., training or communications).

  • Note: The original content cannot be altered or edited under this license.

Does the Commercial License expire?

  • Yes, a Commercial License permits the use of content for promotional purposes within the specified duration you choose (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year). You can select your preferred duration on the form I send you.

  • Upon Commercial License expiration or termination, all rights to use the content immediately cease, and you must remove or delete all instances of the content.

When is a Commercial License Is Not Required?

  • If the content is purely for entertainment or personal use and is not monetized (i.e., it does not generate revenue through ads, sponsorships, or other forms of payment), a Commercial License is not required.

  • Note: The original content cannot be altered or edited under this license.

What rights do I receive with my license?

  • You receive a strictly non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the content solely for the specific purpose, platform, and duration explicitly agreed upon in writing. You do not obtain ownership or any other rights beyond those expressly granted.

Can I share, resell, sublicense, or transfer the content or license?

  • Absolutely not. Any form of sharing, reselling, sublicensing, distributing, or transferring the content or license—whether to affiliates, partners, or third parties—is strictly prohibited without the explicit prior written consent of the content creator.

Do I own the content after purchasing a license?

  • No. All ownership and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with the content creator. You are granted limited usage rights only and must not claim any ownership, authorship, or other proprietary rights.

Can I modify, edit, or create derivative works from the content?

  • No modifications, edits, or derivative works are allowed without prior explicit written approval from the content creator. This includes any use of Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, or automated technologies to alter the content.

What happens if I use the content beyond the license terms?

  • Unauthorized use, distribution, modification, or any breach of these terms is a material breach of the agreement and may result in immediate termination of your license, legal action, claims for monetary damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of all associated legal fees and costs.

Are there any restrictions on the content you create?

  • I do not create content featuring explicit language (e.g., swearing, offensive terms, graphic language), inappropriate material, or topics related to political or religious views on real-world issues or romantic themes. Additionally, I refrain from producing content that promotes immodesty (e.g., shorts, skirts, revealing, or tight-fitting clothing). All project details will be reviewed from your submitted form to confirm if I can proceed with your request.

What’s your refund policy?

  • No refunds are offered once work begins. After receiving the watermarked draft, you can either approve it or request one free revision if changes are needed. Additional revisions will incur a fee. Please refer to the revision policy for details.
