Each service includes one free revision for minor changes (e.g., pronunciation, background music, pacing, tone, text edits, volume, and timing). Please note that re-filming or discarding the original video is not covered under the free revision. Any additional revisions beyond the first, including re-films or substantial re-edits, will incur a fee.

Delivery typically takes 1–14 business days. The delivery date may vary based on project size.

Photos will be provided in .PNG format, and videos in .MOV or .MP4 format.

I complete the work asynchronously and will send the final deliverables once they are finished. You will receive only the agreed-upon outputs for the service we’ve discussed.

A Commercial License is required if you intend to use my UGC content for business, monetization, or any commercial purpose, including but not limited to:

Organic social media posts promoting a brand, service, or product

Monetized posts (including ads, sponsorships, or affiliate links)

Explainer videos for websites or social media channels

Paid advertisements, boosted posts, or promotional campaigns

Email marketing (newsletters or promotional emails)

Internal corporate use (e.g., training or internal communications)

Yes, a Commercial License permits the use of content for promotional purposes within the specified duration you choose (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year). You can let me know your preferred duration.

Upon Commercial License expiration or termination, all rights to use the content immediately cease, and you must remove or delete all instances of the content.

If the content is purely for entertainment or personal use and is not monetized (i.e., it does not generate revenue through ads, sponsorships, or other forms of payment), a Commercial License is not required.

However, if the content becomes monetized in the future, the client agrees to contact me to obtain the appropriate commercial license.

You receive a strictly non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the content solely for the specific purpose, platform, and duration explicitly agreed upon in writing. You do not obtain ownership or any other rights beyond those expressly granted.

Absolutely not. Any form of sharing, reselling, sublicensing, distributing, or transferring the content or license—whether to affiliates, partners, or third parties—is strictly prohibited without the explicit prior written consent of the content creator.

No. All ownership and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with the content creator. You are granted limited usage rights only and must not claim any ownership, authorship, or other proprietary rights.

No modifications, edits, or derivative works are allowed without prior explicit written approval from the content creator. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, or any other automated technologies to alter the content.

Unauthorized use, distribution, modification, or any breach of these terms constitutes a material breach of the agreement and may result in, but is not limited to, immediate termination of the license, legal action, claims for monetary damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of all associated legal fees and costs. The content creator reserves the right to terminate the license immediately and pursue any and all legal remedies.

I do not create content featuring explicit language (e.g., swearing, offensive terms, graphic language), inappropriate material, or topics related to political or religious views on real-world issues or romantic themes. Additionally, I refrain from producing content that promotes immodesty (e.g., shorts, skirts, revealing, or tight-fitting clothing). All project details will be reviewed from your submitted form to confirm if I can proceed with your request.

No refunds are offered once work has begun. Upon receipt of the watermarked draft, you may either approve the work or request revisions if changes are needed. Additional revisions will incur a fee (see revision policy for details).

If you choose to discontinue the project after work has commenced, all payments remain non-refundable.

In the Event of Delays: If unforeseen circumstances cause a delay in delivery, including but not limited to technical issues or personal emergencies, I will promptly inform you and provide an updated timeline.
